Equipment Pickup

We expect the equipment to be returned in a condition comparable to that which it was delivered in. If the equipment is returned in a dirty condition at the time of collection, Tumbling Tots Inc. will charge a $75 cleaning fee.

If any equipment is damaged or missing at time of pick up, Tumbling Tots Inc. will charge the person or organization the cost of repair or replacement.

These payments will become due immediately at the time of invoicing.

Weather Conditions

If it appears that severe could cause a problem with your rental please contact us immediately. A minimum of 24 hours notice is needed. We will happily reschedule and transfer your deposit to another day. Cancellations may result in a forfeiture of 20% of your deposit.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please be sure to call us as soon as possible.

Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before your event without charges or penalty. Cancellations made between 8-30 days before your event will result in a forfeiture of 50% of your deposit. Cancellations within 7 days of your event will result in a complete forfeiture of your deposit.
